Shrink Bundling
Heat Shrinking
Organizations often turn to physically bundling products to promote them and offer incentives, such as:
- Promotion such as buy one get one free, or free samples to introduce a new products
- Larger bundles to sell larger volumes
Our Heat Shrinking Services are very flexible and can bundle any number of products of various shapes and sizes using our custom ovens and processes.
Sleeving
Sleeving provides a visual wrap, it is often branded, and functions to hold products or components of a product together. Our Sleeving services cover multiple materials such as:
- Cardboard sleeves
- Printed, clear or colored plastic that are form fitted through thermal technologies
The multitude of sleeve options we offer can apply to a variety of products and sizes.
Over-Wrapping
We have an automated overwrapping machine which is uniquely engineered for high quantity production. The Over-Wrapping machine uses a heat shrink plastic wrap to bundle together larger items such as bottles or cans on a tray, using either a transparent clear film or a printed film with the company marketing protocols. We produce a variety of bundles e.g. 6, 12, 24, 30, and 32 packs.

Compliance Rework
Companies often get forced to modify a product’s label so that it will conform to local laws. Here are some examples of these requirements: providing bilingual labels for the Canadian market or displaying health information, such as ingredient listings. The following services are designed to assist you with this compliance:
- Changing a product’s sleeve
- Inkjet printing such as printing a Lot code, DIN, NPN, or expiry date
- Stickering – wrap-around, cover-ups, warnings, etc…
- Remove a product from its Retail-Ready Box (Packer) and replace it to another ‘compliant’ Packer
